Our team is currently hiring for a Level K.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nManagement of a team of ~10 structural analysis engineers\n\nFacilitate STR Technical Lead Engineers (TLEs) and mentor program\n\nCoordinate program staffing assignments and review team task management\n\nPromote knowledge sharing by encouraging lunch and learns and ensure peer reviews happen regularly\n\nCoordinate hiring activities to meet current and planned program need\n\nOptimize analysis processes, evaluate employee work products, and review content for design reviews\n\nBoeing First-Line Leader Assessment: To be considered for this position you will be required to complete an assessment as part of the selection process.
