You will support proposal development and management activities to ensure successful supply chain contract executability, manage supply chain execution performance including customer on time delivery; risk, issue, and opportunity management; perform requirements management for supply chain systems & tools integrations; and develop & maintain supply chain business events and process flows.\nThe Supply Chain Obsolescence team performs proactive obsolescence monitoring and mitigation support to maintain aircraft availability and improve mission readiness and customer affordability.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nManages employees performing supply chain activities within Product Support.\n\nDevelops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures, and sets operational goals.\n\nAcquires resources for projects and processes, provide technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.\n\nDevelops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.\n\nProvides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.\n\nManages, develops and motivates employees.\n\nTo be considered for this position, you will be required to complete an assessment as part of the selection process.
