This role offers the opportunity to lead Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (SEIT) efforts across diverse, mission-critical programs.\nRole Overview:\nAs a Systems Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of approximately 15 Systems Engineers at various career stages, including senior Subject Matter Experts. You will provide technical leadership while supporting engineering execution across multiple disciplines, driving innovative, agile teams through the full product lifecycle. This role combines people management with hands-on technical oversight and collaboration with program managers and stakeholders.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nLead develop and motivate a SEIT team to meet program and business objectives\nCollaborate with capability leads and program managers to address staffing and skill needs\nSupport recruiting talent development and retention efforts\nProvide technical oversight for system architecture design artifacts and engineering deliverables\nMaintain strong relationships with customers stakeholders partners and internal teams\nContribute to proposal development and business growth initiatives\nParticipate in skills management and ensure continuous workforce development\nSupport the identification and implementation of best practices and process improvements\nTo be considered for this position you will be required to complete an assessment as part of the selection process.
