The Tomahawk program is expanding to include additional US and foreign customers and will remain relevant for many more years. This position is essential for helping Tapestry Solutions and our customers navigate this expansion.\nThe successful Technical Product Delivery Specialist will act as a bridge between technical teams, including Software Engineering and Product Security, and Mission Planners. The specialist will help translate complex technical information into accessible, actionable content, supporting product usability, reducing user confusion, and improving customer satisfaction. All work will be performed on a classified network.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nWork with developers, testers, subject-matter experts, and end users to learn the Tomahawk Planning System (TPS) software’s capabilities, workflows, interfaces, and limitations\nDevelop, revise, and maintain clear, accurate software user manuals and other technical documentation, such as administrator guides, installation and configuration guides, troubleshooting procedures, and release notes\nParticipate in Program Increment (PI) planning, requirements reviews, software demonstrations, and Mission Planner User Events to identify software changes, new or modified capabilities, and defect fixes that require updates to the software user manual\nTranslate complex technical concepts into task-focused instructions appropriate for Tomahawk Mission Planners\nCreate and maintain documentation plans, outlines, procedures, illustrations, and other supporting materials\nValidate documentation against the software and approved requirements; incorporate feedback and track reviews and approvals.\nManage document versions, changes, and traceability in accordance with program, customer, and configuration-management processes\nFollow applicable security, classification, handling, marking, and information-protection requirements when creating, reviewing, storing, and distributing documentation\nCoordinate with engineering, quality, cybersecurity, training, and program teams to ensure documentation is consistent and delivered on schedule\nBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):\nActive U.S. Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SAP\nAuthoring Tool Experience\nPrior experience developing writing software or technical documentation\nStrong written communication skills and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts\nCollaboration and interpersonal skills for working effectively with multidisciplinary teams\nAttention to detail and adherence to style guides and documentation standards\nProject management abilities to handle multiple documentation tasks and deadlines\nPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):\nAdobe FrameMaker Experience\nAdobe Acrobat Pro\nAdvanced Microsoft Word skills\nDrug Free Workplace:\nWe are a Drug Free Workplace where post-offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria are met as outlined in our policies.\nPay & Benefits:\nWe strive to deliver a total rewards package that will attract, engage, and retain the top talent.
