The role will support the execution of contracted Technical Publications work and contribute to the delivery of First Time Quality across all publication updates.\nYou will report to the Head of Product Support and receive technical support from the Technical Publications Lead and other subject matter specialists within the department.\nOrganisation Structure:\nThe Boeing Defence UK engineering function operates within a matrix organisation, delivering specialist technical capability into programmes across the business. This role sits within the Product Support Engineering Department, which includes the following technical disciplines:\nReliability Centred Maintenance Analysis\nReliability and Maintainability\nLogistic Support Analysis\nEngineering Data Exploitation\nObsolescence Management\nTechnical Publications\nCAMSS\nFSR\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead and support the execution of contracted Technical Publications work.\nEnsure publication updates are developed and delivered with a strong focus on First Time Quality.\nUnderstand the subject matter as required to create accurate, usable, and technically compliant content working with the TLE.\nEnsure all work complies with applicable quality management system requirements and contractual obligations.\nCollaborate with other engineering disciplines and senior stakeholders to maintain consistency of approach across projects and programmes.\nExecute work in alignment with safety expectations, quality standards, and programme requirements within an integrated team environment.\nEstablish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators to track Technical Publications progress and performance.\nSupport continuous improvement activities, including quality improvements and process enhancements.\nContribute to wider company initiatives such as promoting a safety culture, Diversity and Inclusion, mentoring and coaching, STEM outreach, and other business improvement activities.\nProvide leadership, direction, and support to team members where applicable.\nThe Boeing benefits package goes above and beyond, focusing on your physical, emotional, financial and social well-being.
