You align people, processes, and systems, always with operational efficiency and strategic alignment in mind.\n\nYou will play a key role in ensuring that newly acquired companies are smoothly integrated into Boels. You also support the Manager M&A and Integration in due diligence activities, helping to identify opportunities and risks early in the M&A process.\n\nHere’s what your day-to-day might look like:\n\n Develop and execute integration strategies in line with Boels’ operational and strategic goals.
