Gestione multicanale clientela nazionale ed internazionale in modalità sincrona (chat, whatsapp e telefono) e asincrona (mail) per:

  • supporto prevendita (informazioni sulla collezione, scelta capi, guida taglie, suggerimenti, guida nell’inserimento dell’ordine e supporto per pagamenti)

  • post vendita (modifiche, aggiornamenti ordini, tracciamento spedizioni, supporto procedura resi e cambi)

  • assistenza policy (profilo, anagrafica, punti, sconti, privacy)

  • Supporto stores per attività Omnichannel

  • Analisi richieste di reso e monitoraggio rimborsi

  • Monitoraggio pagamenti attraverso i portali di riferimento

  • Controllo e visualizzazione progresso ordini tramite i gestionali interni

  • Supervisione delle spedizioni sulle diverse piattaforme con rilevamento di eventuali anomalie e tempestivo contatto con i corrieri

Requirements

Ottima conoscenza delle lingue inglese (fondamentale) e in aggiunta francese o tedesco
