Driven by a strong entrepreneurial culture and a growth-oriented mindset, the business is determined to become a leading force in the beverage sector — building on its quality brands, sharp commercial insight and in-depth understanding of consumers in Nigeria and across Africa.\n\nAbout the Role\nThe company is looking to fill the position described below.\n\n Position: Business Development Manager\n\n Location: Lagos Island, Lagos\n\n Employment Type: Full-time\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Create and roll out business plans that deliver consistent, long-term growth in sales and revenue across Lagos Island.\n\n Expand the market footprint by bringing on board additional distributors and wholesalers in areas that are currently unserved or underserved.\n\n Take full ownership of the profit and loss (P&L) for the assigned Business Development Area (BDA).\n\n Build and sustain a performance-driven culture throughout the sales team.\n\n Supervise credit risk management while ensuring strict adherence to company policies and procedures.\n\n Drive outstanding execution at the point of trade across every sales channel.\n\n Oversee the trade assets allocated to the assigned Business Development Area.\n\n Deepen customer relationships by improving inventory management and profitability and by coaching the team on van sales.\n\n Hire, develop, mentor and lead the sales team so that targets are consistently met and surpassed.\n\n Gather market intelligence and identify emerging business opportunities across Lagos Island.\n\nRequirements\n\n Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline;
