Ideal candidates must possess strong negotiation and relationship management skills, a solid understanding of the Nigerian FMCG and beverage market, and the ability to deliver sales targets within their assigned territories.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDevelop and maintain strong business relationships with key accounts across Modern Trade and HORECA channels within the assigned location.\n\nAchieve monthly and annual sales targets across the company's product portfolio.\n\nDrive product distribution, availability, visibility, and merchandising standards across assigned outlets.\n\nIdentify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base within the territory.\n\nNegotiate trade terms, product listings, pricing arrangements, and promotional agreements with key accounts.\n\nPlan and execute trade marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase sales and brand awareness.\n\nWork closely with distributors and internal logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and consistent product availability.\n\nMonitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and promotional strategies, providing actionable market intelligence.\n\nPrepare regular sales reports, account performance updates, and sales forecasts.\n\nConduct product knowledge and brand training for outlet staff where necessary.\n\nEnsure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, brand guidelines, and merchandising standards.\n\nKey Requirements\n\nLocation: Must reside in or around the preferred work location — Owerri\n\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.\n\nExperience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in FMCG or the alcoholic beverage industry, with at least two years of key
