In this role, you’ll assist with boundary, topographic, and construction layout surveys that help shape communities, roads, and commercial developments. Working closely with your Crew Chief and project team, you’ll gain hands-on experience that can open doors to advanced field or in-office survey positions.\nWhat You’ll Do\nSupport Crew Chiefs in completing boundary, topographic, and construction layout surveys \nConduct as-built surveys and assist in compiling field data sketches \nOperate Trimble Total Stations and GPS equipment as directed \nPerform field calculations, sketching, and basic quality checks \nHelp maintain and perform minor preventive maintenance on survey instruments and vehicles \nCollaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and field safety \nWork outdoors year-round, contributing to projects that make a visible impact\nWhat We Offer\nHands-on field experience with industry-leading technology and tools \nOpportunities for advancement into Crew Chief, CAD, or Project Management paths \nA collaborative environment that values mentorship, precision, and professional growth \nExposure to a wide range of land development projects across commercial, residential, and infrastructure markets \nWhat You’ll Bring\nHigh school diploma or GED and/or equivalent experience; coursework or experience in land surveying or related fields preferred \n0-1+ years of experience performing boundary, topographic, ALTA surveys, and/or construction stakeouts\nWorking knowledge of survey equipment and methods preferred \nStrong math skills and attention to detail \nAbility to lift at least 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions\nValid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally \nReady to build where your ambition leads?
