Today we have store locations across the western US and employ over 200 women.\nAbout the role\nAn outgoing, professional Operations Managerto work in conjunction with the Store Manager to maintain excellent customer service, merchandise presentation, loss prevention, and operation assignments as outlined by the Store Manager and Field Leadership. Ability to process and distribute products between the Corporate Warehouse and the designated store location, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all job functions. \nWhat you'll do\nMove product/supplies from receiving or storage areas to shipping or other designated areas.\nSort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, and color or product code.\nEnsure accuracy of transfer documentation to and from store location and warehouse or other store locations.\nHelp in the merchandising and floor stocking as needed.\nSteam, hang, or fold merchandise before putting it out on the floor.\nEnsure the stock room is accessible and safe for employee traffic.\nMark materials with identifying information using an appropriate method (tagging).\nAssist in counting of physical inventory.\nMay be assigned facilities maintenance duties as needed.\nSweep, dust, mop, and other housekeeping duties of backroom and sales floor.\nAlways keep and organize the stock room and work area for cleanliness and free of debris. \nCommunicate merchandise and supply needs with the store and corporate management to ensure proper merchandise levels and supplies in conjunction with the store manager to avoid additional deliveries\nResponsibility for all store opening and closing procedures, including taking cash deposits to the bank \nCustomer service. Provide Gold Star service to all customers and lead the team in sales \nLead the team by achieving sales goals and KPI benchmarks \nCash register efficiency.
