Today we have store locations across the western US and employ over 200 women.\nA Sales Lead is a member of leadership who works in conjunction with the Store Manager to\nmaintain excellent customer service, merchandise presentation, loss prevention, and operation\nassignments as outlined by the Store Manager and Field Leadership.\nWhat you will be doing:\n·Responsibility for all store opening and closing procedures, including taking cash deposits to the\nbank\n· Maintain housekeeping and organization of sales floor, backroom, cash wrap and all other areas of\nthe store\n· Customer service. Provide Gold Star service to all customers and lead the team in sales\n· Lead the team by achieving sales goals and KPI benchmarks\n· Cash register efficiency.
