This role helps drive store performance through hands-on leadership-coaching team members, assisting customers, managing merchandise, and supporting opening/closing procedures. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem-solver, and role model who can inspire others while maintaining a positive, customer-focused environment.\nWhat you'll do\nOpen store and maintain opening operations on scheduled days \n· Close store and maintain closing operations on scheduled days\n· Execute the bank deposits\n· Complete cash refunds for returned merchandise for customers in a professional manner\n· Complete markdowns on sale and damaged good when instructed\n· Receive and help merchandise inventory shipments\n· Promote and motivate staff to achieve sales goals, as well as your own.
