Today we have store locations across the western US and employ over 200 women.\nPosition Overview\nWe are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail location. In this role, you will be the driving force behind financial growth, exceptional customer experiences, and a motivated, high-performing team. The ideal candidate blends sharp business acumen with a people-first leadership style, ensuring the store meets its revenue targets while maintaining a welcoming, on-brand environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nBusiness & Financial Performance: * Drive sales revenue and profitability to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets.\nAnalyze key performance indicators (KPIs) like conversion rates, average basket size, and labor spend to optimize store performance.\nManage operational budgets, inventory control, and shrink reduction strategies.\n\nTeam Leadership & Development:\nRecruit, hire, train, and mentor a diverse team of assistant managers and sales associates.\nFoster a positive, inclusive, and high-energy work culture built on accountability and recognition.\nConduct regular performance reviews and build a strong internal pipeline for promotion.\n\nCustomer Experience & Brand Standards:\nLead by example on the sales floor, delivering top-tier customer service and resolving complex issues gracefully.\nEnsure visual merchandising standards are consistently executed according to corporate guidelines.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment for both customers and staff.\n\nOperations & Compliance:\nOversee daily opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and bank deposits.\nManage staff scheduling to balance labor budgets with peak shopping hours.\nEnsure strict compliance with health, safety, and employment regulations.\n\nQualifications & Skills\nExperience: 2+ years of retail management experience (as a Store Manager or high-volume Assistant Manager).\nLeadership: Proven track record of recruiting, coaching, and retaining high-performing teams.\nFinancial Literacy: Strong understanding of retail KPIs.\nCommunication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect with both corporate leadership and floor staff.\nAdaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make quick, data-driven decisions.\nAvailability: Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as business dictates.\nPhysical Demands: Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for extended periods and
