This role will primarily focus on planning, hosting, and growing TikTok Lives, while also supporting TikTok Shop operations, affiliates, and creator relationships.\nThe ideal candidate is comfortable on camera, understands how to engage an audience in real time, can confidently talk about fashion products, and knows how to turn Live viewers into customers.\nWhat you'll do\nTikTok Lives - Primary Focus\nHost and lead regular TikTok Lives for Bohme\nBe comfortable and confident speaking and selling on camera\nPlan Live schedules, themes, featured products, promotions, and talking points\nPrepare products and outfits ahead of each Live\nLearn product details, fit, sizing styling, and key selling points\nEngage with viewers in real time and answer product and sizing questions\nKeep Lives energetic, conversational, and aligned with the Bohme brand\nHighlight new arrivals, best sellers, promotions, and key products\nCoordinate products, formats, and selling strategies perform best\nContinuously test ways to improve Live viewership's and sales\nStay current on TikTok Live trends, features, and best practices\nTikTok Shop\nSupport day-to-day management of the Bohme TikTok Shop\nEnsure products featured during Lives are properly listed, linked, and available\nHelp mantain product listings, inventory, promotions, and product availability\nCoordinate TikTok Shop promotions with upcoming Lives and product launches\nTroubleshoot basic shop or product-linking issues\nAdditional Support\nHelp recruit and communicate with TikTok Shop affiliates and creators\nSend product recommendations and campaign information to creators\nidentify strong-performing creators and potential Live collablorations\nTrack affiliate performance and creator-generated sales\nParticipate in content creation when needed\nWork closely with the marketing, e-commerce, and social terms on launches and promotions\nQualifications\nComfortable, engaging, and natural on camera\nStrong communication and sales skills\nKnowledge of TikTok, TikTok Live, and social commerce\nExperience with TikTok Shop and/or Lives preferred\nComfortable talking about fashion, styling, fit, and products\nAbility to think quickly and interact with viewers in real time\nOrganized and able to prepare products, talking points, and promotions ahead of Lives.\nUnderstanding of social media trends and TikTok culture\nPrevious retail, sales, influencer, social media, or live-selling experience is a plus\nMust be comfortable regularly hosting TikTok Lives as the primary responsibility of the
