market trends, user needs, and product opportunities.\nGather and translate business and user requirements into product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\nWork closely with engineering and design teams to ensure product requirements are clearly understood and implemented.\nManage and prioritize product backlogs, features, and development initiatives.\nApply Agile methodologies to manage product development cycles and ensure timely delivery.\nOversee product development throughout the SDLC, from planning and development to testing, launch, and post-launch evaluation.\nTrack product performance through KPIs and data analysis, using insights to guide product decisions and improvements.\nEnsure alignment between product initiatives, business objectives, technical capabilities, and user experience.\nCommunicate product updates, priorities, and decisions to relevant stakeholders.\n\nREQUIREMENTS\n2-4 years of experience in Product Management within the IT or software development sector.\nStrong understanding of IT concepts, software products, and product development processes.\nExperience in product strategy, roadmap development, and product execution.\nExperience with Agile methodologies and product development frameworks.\nKnowledge of market research, competitor analysis, and stakeholder management.\nExperience in requirements gathering, writing user stories, and defining acceptance criteria.\nUnderstanding of UX principles and user-centered product development.\nData analysis skills and the ability to use product metrics to support decision-making.\nExperience managing projects and coordinating cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC.\nStrong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nFintech experience is a
