Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with fire safety and emergency response requirements.
  • Develop and update Fire Safety and Emergency Response Plans.
  • Control hot work activities and permits.
  • Inspect fire-fighting equipment and emergency lighting.
  • Monitor evacuation routes and assembly points.
  • Conduct emergency drills and safety training.
  • Coordinate emergency response and liaise with emergency services.

Requirements

  • Experience in fire safety, HSE, or emergency response on construction/industrial sites.
  • Knowledge of Kazakhstan fire safety legislation and requirements.
  • Experience conducting emergency drills.
  • Relevant fire safety/HSE certifications.
  • Ability to work on a construction site, including at height and in confined spaces.
