a culture of affirmation, and the desire to support and lead with strong agile project management skills on a wide variety of accounts.\nPosition Duties and Responsibilities:\nPartnership and potential full project ownership and implementation from initiation to delivery for multiple simultaneous digital initiatives such as website development, marketing automation, personalization, technical implementations, etc.\nDefine scope, build, and manage budgets, and outline resource plans to align appropriate talent to the project\nCreate and drive sprint plans and timelines to ensure that key project milestones are met\nFoster the Bold Orange culture, and guide the team to apply Bold Orange principles in their work\nConduct stand ups and status meetings internally and with clients regarding project deliverables and requirements\nContinuously find ways to optimize workflow and efficiencies, maximizing the team’s effectiveness\nInform, support, collaborate and motivate team members to meet project goals and milestones\nRequired Qualifications & Experience:\n3-7 years of project management experience from a digital marketing agency environment\nPrevious experience managing evolving initiatives and multi-channel marketing campaigns that may include: overall customer experience strategy, marketing automation, email marketing, web design and development, management, digital marketing campaigns, SEO, analytics, etc.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nAmbitious, detail oriented, hard-working, proactive, hands-on demeanor\nStrong organizational skills\nAbility and desire to work directly with clients\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced work environment that will require you to re-prioritize and creatively problem solve through change often\nContinued professional development in order to keep abreast of emerging technologies, methods and best
