As a member of the CSS team, you can expect to understand, analyze, strategize, ideate, collaborate, contribute, and lead client solutions that deliver “And Then Some” to drive meaningful results for our clients.\nAs a digital-first agency, we are looking for candidates with demonstrated experience in developing and executing on strategies across digital touchpoints to create seamless customer experiences.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nLeverage your digital prowess and experience to shape solutions and drive results across channels including email, website, and paid media with a heavy emphasis on the digital strategy aspect of executing in these channels\nLead and inspire cross-functional agency teams to deliver great work for our clients. Set the vision and create the strategy for our work and develop solutions to drive results for our clients\nDevelop, nurture, and grow strong client relationships, assessing client needs and proposing appropriate marketing services.\nPartner closely with client teams including marketing, creative, operations, finance, analytics, product, technology, and senior management\nCreate, lead, and present the development of holistic strategy to clients via engaging storytelling\nDevelop and clearly articulate well-informed, clear points of view to confidently lead and guide our clients\nAuthor creative and project briefs\nManage scope changes, resolve conflicts, and maintain momentum through proactive problem-solving and negotiation \nMonitor industry developments and best practices to inform strategy and keep clients ahead of the curve.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, public relations, or equivalent work experience\n7+ years of marketing/advertising experience in an agency setting\n8+ years relevant work experience across Digital, creative, paid media, marketing automation and connected digital experiences, with a heavy emphasis and interest in the integrated digital strategy required to execute in these channels\nPassion for learning the client’s business, including company business goals and objectives, products, markets, brand positioning, competitive landscape, industry, distribution, etc.\nStrong storytelling and overall PowerPoint presentation skills: You should be able to tell a story through your presentations\nAbility to understand data and reporting and provide summaries and insights to clients\nStrong understanding of digital ecosystems, customer journeys, and omnichannel campaign execution\nAbility to anticipate, plan and prioritize to manage the workload effectively and efficiently.\nStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to diplomatically handle a fast-paced work environment\nStrong attention to detail\nDesire to work in a fast-paced creative environment with a “can-do” attitude that inspires teams and clients\nLeadership skills and the desire to mentor\nDesire to always be learning and
