The current list of services is based on Microservices architecture whose domain ranges from visitor tracking, User profiles, authentication, content and payments.\nPlatform team uses state of the art modern technologies like .Net framework, Python, Java, SQL Server, My SQL, Graph DB, SOLR, and a lot of other tools & technologies serving millions of users with hundreds of million transactions everyday through a scalable and fault tolerant architecture.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO \nDemonstrate ability to work on data science projects involving NLP, large language models, predictive modelling, statistical analysis, vector space modelling, machine learning etc. \nLeverage our rich data sets of user data to perform research, develop models and create data products with our Development & Product teams \nDevelop novel and scalable data systems in cooperation with our system architects that leverage datasets using machine learning techniques to enhance the user experience \nCollaborates effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end products & features. \nDemonstrates ability to multi-task and re-prioritize responsibilities based on changing requirements. \nEstimates efforts, identify risks, devises and meets project schedules. \nRuns review meetings effectively and drive the closure of all open issues on time. \nEvolve prompt engineering applications and benchmark different Large Language models to solve business problems. \nMentors/coaches data scientists to facilitate their development and provide technical leadership to them. \nImplement and experiment with agentic workflows to improve the job seeker experience. \nRises above detail to see broader issues and implications for whole product/team. \nWHAT YOU’LL NEED\nShould be able to handle a team of 2-5 members, if required. \nKnowledge and experience using statistical and machine learning algorithms, including regression, instance-based learning, decision trees, Bayesian statistics, clustering, neural networks, deep learning, ensemble methods.\nExpert knowledge in Python. \nExperience with frameworks that optimizesprompt engineering (langChain/crewai/etc) \nPractical LLM/RAG experience for search quality such as query understanding, semantic retrieval, reranker design . \nExperience with Solr/OpenSearch/Elasticsearch.\nExperience with embedding & vector search .\nExperience in using large language models. \nExperience with distributed, semantic and vector based search and match systems. \nExperience with prompt engineering, chain-of-thought, retrieval augmented generation, vector databases and preferably LLM agents. \nExperience in feature selection, building and optimizing classifiers. \nExperience with software stack components, including common programming languages, back-end technologies, database modelling, continuous integration, services-oriented architecture, software testability, etc. \nLangchain and/or Llamaindex. \nBe a keen learner and enthusiastic about developing software. \n\nEXPERIENCE- \nProject Lead (Search & Match)- 8 years+\nAbout Bold\nWe Transform Work Lives\nAs an established global organization, BOLD helps people find jobs.
