Senior PHP Developer who's ready to build scalable systems, shape technical decisions, and make a real impact.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO:\nDrive backend architecture and technical decisions;\n\nDesign, develop, and optimize scalable, high-load systems;\n\nLead complex feature development from idea to production;\n\nImprove system performance, reliability, and observability (monitoring, logging, alerting);\n\nMentor engineers and promote engineering best practices;\n\nContribute to product decisions with technical insight;\n\nIdentify and resolve deep technical challenges;\n\nEnsure security, scalability, and maintainability across systems.\n\nWHAT WE EXPECT:\n5+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining scalable, highly available, high-load systems;\n\nStrong expertise in PHP (Laravel preferred; Symfony also valued);\n\nDeep understanding of MySQL database;\n\nUnderstanding of API design, including idempotency, rate-limiting;\n\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices;\n\nAt least basic understanding of React (or similar framework) and willingness to collaborate closely with frontend teams;\n\nExperience in e-commerce systems (payments, A/B testing, conversion tracking);\n\nStrong experience writing testable code and familiarity with software testing patterns.\n\nStrong focus on secure web application architecture;\n\nHighly autonomous, solution-oriented, and proactive.\n\nNICE TO HAVE:\nDeep understanding of NoSQL database;\n\nExperience with event-driven architecture and distributed systems;\n\nExperience with real-time messaging
