You know enough about how software gets built to spot problems early - and enough about people to know how to fix them.\nThe role: three names, one real job\nWe're being transparent: we don't know exactly what to call this role yet, because it depends on who you are. We're looking for someone who sits between a project manager and an engineering lead: someone who owns delivery quality, team health, and technical direction without being purely one or the other.\nBelow are three framings. The right one depends on your background. All three are the same opening.\nFraming A: Delivery Lead\nYou come from a PM or delivery background and have grown into deep technical fluency.\nYou've run dev teams and understand the code well enough to have credible technical conversations\nYou structure delivery, remove blockers, and keep quality high - without micromanaging\nYou think in systems: dependencies, risks, team capacity, client expectations\nYou're comfortable telling a client their idea needs more time, and comfortable telling the team why\nYou've used AI tools in delivery workflows and want to go further\nFraming B: Engineering Manager\nYou come from a technical background and have stepped into team and delivery ownership.\nYou've moved from writing code to owning the team that writes code\nYou manage engineering delivery end-to-end: backlog, architecture decisions, process, quality\nYou do 1:1s, feedback conversations, and performance support - without losing sight of the product\nYou understand the business context well enough to translate it into technical priorities\nYou treat AI tooling as an engineering question, not a strategy slide\nFraming C: Technical Delivery Manager\nYou're genuinely half-and-half - not a full PM, not a full EM, and that's the point.\nYou hold technical credibility and stakeholder trust simultaneously\nYou can review a PR and run a discovery workshop in the same week\nYou know when to escalate a technical decision and when to make the call yourself\nYou build team culture intentionally - psychological safety isn't a buzzword to you\nYou've worked in a product studio, consultancy, or agency before and know how client work differs from internal\nWhat we're looking for - regardless of framing\n3+ years of experience in a technical delivery, dev management, or similar hybrid role\nStrong communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders\nPractical experience with Agile delivery - not just the theory\nHands-on with Jira, GitHub, Google Workspace\nOwnership mindset - you define problems before someone asks you to\nFluent Polish and English (B2+)\nAvailable for Gliwice office once a week\nNice to have:\nExperience in a software consultancy or digital product studio\nBackground in AI-augmented development or toolchain automation\nExperience managing distributed or cross-border teams\nRecruitment process\nStep 1: CV + 1-minute video in English - tell us which framing fits you best and why.
