The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in restoring properties affected by water, fire, and mold damage. This position requires a hands-on approach to cleaning, and mitigation work with structures while ensuring high standards of safety and quality. The Restoration Technician will work closely with clients to restore their properties to pre-loss conditions.\nREQUIREMENTS OF EMPLOYMENT AT BOLDENS:\nMust pass a background test (NO FELONIESnor lower charges violent crimes, theft, drug/alcohol, alcohol related driving violations).Consenting to background check is required conditions of accepting employment atBolden's.\n\nMust have a valid driving license with no SS22 requirements. All hires are at least 90-day probation period.\nThis is a restoration company, so the position does require going on an on-call water damage team that is on call 1 week a month for after hour emergencies if they come in. After hours water damage is paid on an elevated pay scale that is a tier system. Each employee goes through their evaluation to determine their tier and sign an agreement to the duties of each tier’s responsibilities when they move up.
