Our engineering teams use AI tools every day, so projects move fast and we need someone who keeps the details in order. This is a full-time, hybrid contract role based in Tashkent, paid monthly, with at least 3 days a week in our Tashkent office. It is open to candidates in Uzbekistan only. Fluent English is a must, because you'll speak and write to US clients every day. Strong recent graduates and early-career PMs are very welcome, including graduates of leading Tashkent universities. At Bolder Apps, impact matters more than titles, and curiosity matters more than seniority.\nIf you want a place where you can level up fast and actually see your work making a difference - welcome aboard.\nResponsibilities\nSupport senior project managers in running several client projects at the same time, from kickoff to launch\nJoin client calls, standups and demos, take clear notes and send the follow-ups and action items the same day\nKeep tasks, tickets and timelines current in Jira, Linear, ClickUp or similar, so the team always knows what's next\nWrite short, clear status updates for US clients and for the internal team\nHelp the team break client requests into tasks with simple acceptance criteria\nTrack deadlines and blockers, chase answers from clients and engineers, and raise risks early\nHelp coordinate QA, test builds and releases, including App Store and Google Play submissions\nKeep project documents, specs and meeting notes organized so anyone can find the context\nLog scope changes and new requests so they are discussed and approved before work starts\nRun your own small projects or workstreams as you grow\nRequirements\n0 to 2 years of experience in project management, business analysis, coordination or another client-facing role. Internships and university projects count\nFluent English, C1 or above. You'll speak with US clients on calls and write updates they read directly\nVery organized. You track many small details and deadlines without dropping any\nClear, simple communicator in writing and speaking, including when something is late or unclear\nInterest in software and mobile apps.
