Visit www.bolderindustries.com to learn more.\nKey Duties:\nMonitor plant operations through control room software and communicate necessary actions to shift team members.\nTrack and log regular activities and operational systems data \nTroubleshoot system issues and perform basic repairs and/or engage the maintenance team to perform repairs\nPerform regular product quality checks and lab tests, record data and report deviations to shift supervisor or leadership\nConsult with team members and make ongoing adjustments to systems, as needed, to ensure production and quality goals are met\nOperating a forklift daily \nMaintaining a clean and safe work environment\nOther tasks as requested by Management \nRequirements and Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nStanding for long periods of time and lifting 50 pounds consistently\nClimbing stairs and ladders\nEffective written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to prioritize tasks for self and team and follow specified procedures to comply with health and safety standards\nAbility to meet the physical requirements of the job\nHigh energy level, team player, excellent work ethic, ability to work with minimal supervision.\nAble to develop and enhance relationships with co-workers and other plant personnel\nMust be flexible and able to change directions quickly due to ever-changing customer needs\nAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals\nBasic computer skills with Google systems experience\nForklift experience preferred \nLocation:\nTerre Haute, Indiana (in-facility only, remote not available)\nReporting:\nRole will report directly to the Shift Supervisor\nSchedule:\nFull-time, 12-hour shift, (7pm-7am)\nIncentives & Benefits:\nGenerous employee and family health, dental and vision insurance\n401k benefits \nService awards and performance-based incentives\nThe ability to make a lasting, positive impact on our environment while working with an engaged team in a supportive working environment. \nTraining and advancement opportunities \nWork Conditions:\nThe manufacturing plant environment may be hot, noisy, with carbon black and oil present. Product streams include a carbon black stream, a liquid hydrocarbon oil stream, and a hydrocarbon vapor stream. Process equipment will be installed indoors and outdoors and will be at different levels. Access to this equipment will be via stairways and/or ladders.
