We've recently raised $20M+ from top investors, seen exponential growth, and are scaling the team to meet the moment.\nAbout This Role\nWe're hiring a contract Marketing Designer to give Boldin's marketing team dedicated design support over the next quarter: campaign creative, landing pages, lifecycle email, paid social, and event materials, shipped at the pace a growth team moves.\nThis is a production-focused role. You'll work inside Boldin's brand guidelines and templates, partner directly with marketing on concepts and variants, and report to design leadership. Your job is to make sure marketing never waits on design.\nWhat you'll work on\nLanding pages and web campaign assets\nLifecycle and marketing emails\nPresentations and sales/partner decks\nPaid and organic social creative, including A/B variants\nConference, webinar, and event materials (digital and print)\nGraphics and assets for the video team to use in motion work (motion design itself not required)\nTemplates for recurring formats so marketing can self-serve common assets\nFinal production files, specs, and handoff to marketing and engineering\nResponsibilities\nOwn day-to-day design execution for marketing requests from brief through final files.\nBring ideas to growth, lifecycle, content, and events, not just execution.\nBuild creative in variants and adjust based on results.\nSupport the video team with graphics, frames, and assets for motion pieces.\nUse Boldin's brand guidelines, templates, and component libraries as the source of truth; escalate anything the system can't answer to design leadership rather than inventing around it.\nTurn repeat requests into templates so the next version takes a fraction of the time.\nKeep files organized and documented so work can be handed to the incoming full-time designer without loss.\nQualifications\n4+ years of marketing or brand design experience, with in-house or agency work for product companies\nA portfolio showing volume and range across web, email, presentations, digital advertising, and print, with strong fundamentals in typography, layout, and color\nProven ability to work fast within an established brand system and keep quality high at pace\nExpert in Figma, including components, variables, and shared libraries; this is where all of our design work lives\nExperience building templates others used to produce assets\nComfortable working directly with marketers and taking direction from design leadership\nExperience with performance-driven creative (variants, tests, iteration)\nMotion design is a plus, not a requirement; experience preparing assets for video or motion teams is\nAI in your production workflow is a plus, not a requirement\nAvailable to start within two weeksSalary Range\n$60 - $80/ Hour DOE \nWe want to be as inclusive as possible in our hiring process.
