You will play a critical role in assigning teams, routing trucks, and ensuring real-time communication across field operations, warehouse, and customer service teams. Your attention to detail, responsiveness, and ability to manage multiple priorities will directly impact the success of daily operations.\nThis role acts as a key liaison between Field Operations, Customer Experience, Warehouse, and Logistics leadership, the Logistics Dispatcher ensures schedules are executed accurately, efficiently, and safely in a fast-moving, dynamic environment. We expect our Team to become our ultimate partners to success by always giving their 110% in everything, sharing their talents and quirks, and championing our core values: Curious, Dynamic and Authentic.\nWHAT WILL YOU DO\nRouting & Resource Allocation\nAttend pipeline meetings to understand upcoming project scopes and logistics needs\nBuild and manage daily delivery and retrieval routes based on job complexity, geography, and team skill level\nAssign trucks, crew members, and required equipment to all scheduled activities\nCoordinate truck availability and route timing to avoid delays and reduce idle time\nReal-Time Dispatch Management\nMonitor incoming Slack messages, calls, and system updates to proactively address next-day or same-day changes\nTrack field teams in real time using dispatch tracking software (e.g., DispatchTrack or similar tools)\nRespond to issues and adjust routes or team assignments as needed throughout the day\nProvide live field support to crews, troubleshooting challenges and escalating when necessary\nCoordinate with warehouse teams to relay any adjustments needed on loadouts or pickups\nField & Customer Communication\nCommunicate key updates with the Customer Experience team to ensure alignment on delivery windows and service expectations\nRelay changes to job timing, crew arrival, or order details to ensure a seamless customer experience\nServe as a liaison between field teams and office staff\nData & Systems Oversight\nDocument exceptions, challenges, and inefficiencies in Google Sheets or internal dispatch logs\nEnsure field teams are logging their activities properly in dispatch tracking systems\nWork with the Logistics Manager to maintain project statuses and accurate inventory updates in system tools\nSupport the collection and organization of DOT reports and field safety documentation\nCross-Functional Support\nSupport the Delivery Manager by helping monitor supply inventory for field teams\nHelp cover scheduling, quality control, or routing functions as needed during absences or peak periods\nParticipate in safety reporting and escalation by flagging field incidents or at-risk behaviors\nRequirements\nWHAT WE’LL LIKE ABOUT YOU\nYOU ARE…\nCurious and authentic, just like us!
