Your leadership will directly influence operational performance, process standardization, system adoption, and the long-term technology roadmap.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nAs a member of the Higher Education Managed Information Technology team, you'll lead ERP operations, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts with a variety of customers.\nERP Strategy & Leadership\nDevelop and execute the ERP application strategy aligned with campus goals and business priorities.\nLead ERP transformation, enhancement, and optimization initiatives from planning through implementation and ongoing support.\nEstablish application governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.\nPartner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology innovation.\nDevelop and manage the ERP roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational growth and strategic objectives.\nTeam Leadership & Talent Development\nLead, mentor, and develop a team of ERP analysts and technical resources.\nEstablish team goals, performance expectations, and professional development plans.\nFoster a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous learning, and operational excellence.\nAllocate resources and prioritize work to ensure effective support of business-critical initiatives and operational needs.\nProvide guidance on complex functional and technical challenges.\nERP Operations & System Management\nOversee the administration, support, maintenance, and optimization of ERP platforms and integrated business applications.\nEnsure system reliability, availability, security, and performance across the application landscape.\nDirect testing, release management, change management, and deployment activities.\nManage application upgrades, patches, integrations, and system enhancements.\nMonitor system health, user adoption, and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement.\nBusiness Partnership & Process Improvement\nCollaborate with business leaders to understand operational challenges and identify ERP solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness.\nLead requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design efforts.\nChampion business process standardization and automation initiatives across departments.\nEnsure alignment between business needs, system capabilities, and long-term technology strategy.\nDrive organizational change management and user adoption efforts for ERP initiatives.\nWhat you’ll bring\nThink you could make a difference here? We're looking for someone who brings deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage complex infrastructure initiatives. You will also bring some of the following:\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred.\n8+ years of progressive ERP systems experience, including leadership responsibilities.\n3+ years of people management experience leading technical or business systems teams in higher education.\nDemonstrated experience leading enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, and business transformation initiatives.\nStrong understanding of ERP platforms, integrations, reporting, workflow automation, and business processes commonly used in higher education.\nExperience leading teams that administer the most popular SIS or ERPs in higher education such as Ellucian Banner, Ellucian Colleague, and Jenzabar\nExperience managing complex cross-functional projects and organizational change initiatives.\nKnowledge of governance, compliance, security, and risk management practices related to enterprise applications.\nProven ability to influence stakeholders and build strong partnerships across all levels of the organization.\nExperience managing vendors, contracts, budgets, and third-party service providers.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.\nExcellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills.\nAbility to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational leadership.\nAbout us\nAt Boldyn Networks, we're reimagining the future of interconnectivity.
