The Implementation Lead plays a critical role in coordinating onsite installation activities, ensuring quality standards are met, and serving as the primary field representative throughout project execution.\nYou'll lead installation teams, manage onsite logistics, oversee testing and troubleshooting efforts, and ensure deployments are completed accurately, safely, and efficiently. Your work will directly impact project success, customer satisfaction, and the performance of mission-critical network infrastructure\nWhat you’ll be doingAs a member of the Deployment & Implementation team, you'll be responsible for coordinating field installations, ensuring infrastructure quality, and supporting successful project delivery across customer environments. Your responsibilities will include:\nInstallation Leadership & Project Coordination\nCoordinate onsite implementation activities to ensure installations align with approved designs and project requirements.\n\nLead installation crews and serve as the primary onsite representative for Boldyn throughout project execution.\n\nCoordinate activities between escorts, Field Service Representatives, contractors, vendors, and internal implementation teams.\n\nTrack installation progress and provide regular status updates to project managers and stakeholders.\n\nManage onsite inventory, equipment logistics, and installation resources to support project timelines.\n\nEnsure all equipment is properly scanned, tracked, and installed in the correct locations.\n\nNetwork Installation, Testing & Troubleshooting\nOversee installation of fiber, copper, and networking infrastructure.\n\nPerform testing and validation of network infrastructure to ensure quality and performance standards are achieved.\n\nConduct signal strength and speed coverage verification to confirm alignment with deployment plans.\n\nTroubleshoot network issues in partnership with Engineering, NOC, Circuit, and Vendor teams.\n\nRepair and resolve fiber and copper connectivity issues identified during testing and commissioning activities.\n\nSupport the successful activation and optimization of deployed network solutions.\n\nQuality Assurance & Documentation\nConduct quality control inspections of installed equipment and infrastructure.\n\nVerify installations meet project specifications, company standards, and customer requirements.\n\nComplete closeout documentation, including network records and wireless design as-builts.\n\nMaintain accurate daily records, installation reports, and project documentation.\n\nCapture and organize closeout photographs of installed equipment and completed work.\n\nSupport inventory reconciliation, return shipments, and project closeout activities. [\n\nCollaboration & Customer Engagement\nServe as the primary onsite point of contact for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.\n\nCommunicate effectively with project teams, field personnel, and customers throughout deployment activities.\n\nFoster a collaborative work environment focused on safety, quality, and operational excellence.\n\nSupport incident resolution, work order completion, and escalated field-related issues.\n\nContribute to a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.\n\nWhat you’ll bringThink you could make a difference here? We're looking for someone who brings strong technical installation expertise, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions. You will also bring some of the following:\n\nMinimum of 3+ years of experience in cabling installation, networking infrastructure, or related electronic systems.\n\nExperience leading or coordinating field installation projects and onsite crews.\n\nTechnical school certification preferred but not required.\n\nKnowledge of fiber optic and copper infrastructure installation, testing, and troubleshooting.\n\nFamiliarity with IP networking, Ethernet, routers, firewalls, and CAT5/CAT6 technologies.\n\nAbility to read and interpret construction drawings, installation specifications, and wiring diagrams.\n\nWorking knowledge of BICSI, INSTF, or related cabling standards and best practices preferred.\n\nDemonstrated ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in dynamic field environments.\n\nStrong organizational skills with experience managing equipment, inventory, and project documentation.\n\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with customers, contractors, and internal teams.\n\nMechanical aptitude and proficiency using hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow established installation, testing, and troubleshooting procedures.\n\nHigh level of accountability, integrity, adaptability, and attention to detail.\n\nAbility and willingness to travel extensively.
