Our NOC center in Las Vegas, NV is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented NOC Engineer to join this rockstar team. In a 24/7 environment, there is always something going on and a friendly face ready to help. This role allows the opportunity to talk to anyone and everyone whether it be internal employees or external customers.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nAs part of our Network Operations team, you’ll be the one coming to the rescue of whoever is calling in regard to issues with their connectivity, hardware, software, or system issues. You will keep your finger on the pulse of our critical systems to know when to raise the red flag of potential larger issues. As a dynamic company, needs are always changing, but some of the things you will do on a regular basis are:\nAnswer customer calls, create tickets, and perform initial triage for issue resolution\nDetermine customer impact and urgency of issues\nEscalate or assign tickets to the appropriate team members or engineers when needed\nOwn tickets until closure and communicate updates as needed\nNotify internal employees and external customers of any outages\nWhat you’ll bring\nWe are looking for someone who enjoys variety and not just answering the same questions over and over. This position has a variety of shifts available, but we do our best to keep a consistent schedule so our team members can plan their lives. The current available schedule is: 1pm - 10pm PT Tuesday-Saturday but could change. We're looking for someone with excellent customer service and technical skills. You will also have some of the following:\nBachelor's degree required from an accredited university with at least 1 year of IT Desktop Support experience\nNetwork certification (i.e. CCNA)\nNetwork Monitoring Center experience is a big plus\nWifi Network support experience is a big plus\nDistributed Antenna System (DAS) experience is a plus\nExcellent communication skills\nAbout us\nAt Boldyn Networks, we’re reimagining the future of interconnectivity.
