Embrace it today.\nAbout The Role\nThe Programme Manager provides strategic leadership and governance across Boldyn’s delivery portfolio, ensuring telecommunications and digital infrastructure programmes are delivered with precision, control and commercial discipline.\nReporting to the Programme Lead and aligned to one or more Heads of Delivery, the role oversees end-to-end performance across multiple concurrent projects - spanning Enterprise, Offshore, Private Networks, Venues, Special Events, Wi-Fi and NHIB environments. To support bids/pre-sales with delivery plans. This leadership role delivers programme certainty under high-risk, dynamic environments where deadlines are immovable, and stakeholder expectations are high. The Programme Manager steers the delivery and technical teams through changing circumstances, proactively managing complex risks while maintaining alignment with technical, commercial and strategic objectives. This role is responsible for ensuring delivery is resilient, adaptable and achieves the highest standards of performance.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nProgramme Leadership & Governance\nProvide programme-level leadership, oversightandassurance across assigned delivery portfolios, ensuring full alignment with Boldyn’s governance frameworks.\nTranslate strategic objectivesinto measurable delivery milestones, supporting structured control across the lifecycle.\nLead governance forums and programme reviews, ensuring transparent and accuratereporting on progress, riskandinterdependencies.\nMaintain standardised RAID, change controlandreporting processes across portfolios, reinforcing consistency and accountability.\nPartner with the Programme Leadto continuously improve Boldyn’sprogramme and project delivery frameworks.\nRisk, Quality & Assurance\nOwn and manage programme-level RAID registers, ensuring proactive risk mitigation and clear escalation pathways.\nOversee quality assurance, complianceandCDM adherence, maintainingauditable traceability across all delivery artefacts.\nSupport internal and external audits, ensuring corrective actions are applied and lessons learned are embedded across portfolios.\nCommercial & Financial Governance\nCollaborate with Commercial and Finance teams to manage budgets, financial forecastingand cost control\nProvide strategic oversight for contract negotiations, supplier performanceand commercial risk management\nResolve commercial and contractual challenges swiftly, safeguarding programme continuity\nBoldyn Governance\nDesign and implement robust programme governance frameworks, including decision-making hierarchies, escalation pathwaysand control gates\nDrive a layered governance model ensuring appropriate delegationof responsibilities across strategic, tacticaland operational layers\nOversee cross-functional integration between Design,Delivery (SeniorDelivery Manager and team), Commercial and stakeholders\nMaintain transparent, structured reporting to seniorleadership, ensuring swift, informed decision-making\nProvision of Programme information to support:\nInternal BPR (input only)\nMonthly project specificGovernance review with Exec team (prepare and lead session)\nFortnightly Programme Board (prepare and chair)\nMonthly Operational and Delivery Governance (input only)\nQuarterly Continuous Improvement and Change Board (input only)\nChange & Configuration Management\nOwn programme-level change control processes, ensuring all technical and commercial changes are controlled, documentedandcommunicated.\nMaintain full version control and audit-ready documentation across design, technicalandcommercial baselines.\nStakeholder & Interface Management\nAct as the key interface between the Programme Lead, Heads of Delivery, customers, MNOs(as appropriate)andinternal stakeholders.\nBuild and maintainstrong relationships with delivery, design, commercialandoperational teams to ensure alignment and transparency.\nLead communication on programme health, presenting concise, evidence-based reporting to senior stakeholders.\nRepresent Boldyn at governance boards, customermeetingsandexecutive reviews.\nLeadership & Team Development\nMentor and support SeniorDelivery Managers, Senior Project Managersandwider Programme Officeto ensure consistent application of governance standards.\nPromote collaboration, accountabilityandknowledge-sharing across the delivery function.\nAct as a role model for delivery discipline, fostering a culture of proactive control and continuous improvement.\nEnsure all projects that are being delivered have adequate delivery resources and business cases approved to support mobilisation (budgets, plansand visible acceptance criteria).\nAct as the senior escalation point for all internal and external stakeholders\nContinuous Improvement & Transformation\nDrive lessons learned across programmes, embedding improvements in Boldyn’sprocesses and culture.\nSupport the Programme Leadin the rollout of new systems, toolsandframeworks to enhance operational performance.\nChampion innovation and pragmatic delivery thinking that balance speed, accuracyandlong-term maintainability.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nEssential:\nExperience in programme management a within the telecoms sector\nProven experience in programme or portfolio management within telecoms, wireless, or large-scale infrastructure delivery.\nStrong governance and risk management background, including RAID, RACIand quality frameworks.\nAble to operatecredibly and confidently at a senior, strategic level while remaining hands-onand willing to engage directly in operational delivery when required.\nDemonstrated success in leading multi-disciplinary delivery teams across concurrent, complex projects.\nExpertisein commercial control, budget governanceand benefits realisation.\nAdvanced stakeholder management and executive reporting experience.\nSolid understanding of CDM 2015, H&S compliance and audit frameworks.\nProfessional programme management certification (e.g. MSP, PgMP, or equivalent).\nDesirable:\nDegree or equivalent experience in telecommunications, engineering, or project management.\nExperience in Enterprise, Offshore,Private Networks,Venues, Special Events, Wi-Fi,
