We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to help build how Bolna shows up in the market.\nThe Role\nYou’ll own Bolna’s day-to-day marketing across content, creative, social, campaigns, and analytics.\nThis is a hands-on role. You’ll write posts, create graphics, edit videos, ship campaigns, support events, track performance, and use data to decide what we should do next.\nYou’ll work closely with founders and teams across the company to turn ideas, product launches, events, and stories into content that gets attention and drives engagement.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn Bolna’s social presence across LinkedIn, X, and emerging channels.\n\nWrite, create, and publish high-quality content across formats.\n\nDesign graphics, social creatives, presentations, and campaign assets using tools like Figma and Canva.\n\nEdit short-form videos, product clips, event content, and other visual assets.\n\nPlan and execute marketing campaigns around product launches, events, announcements, and company milestones.\n\nOwn creative and marketing execution for Symphony and future events.\n\nMaintain a consistent and distinctive Bolna brand voice across channels.\n\nTrack content and campaign performance and turn insights into actionable recommendations.\n\nBuild dashboards and reports to understand what is working, what isn't, and why.\n\nExperiment with new content formats, channels, and distribution strategies.\n\nWork with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality marketing output.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n3-6 years of experience in marketing, content, brand, social, or growth roles.\n\nExcellent writing and communication skills.\n\nStrong visual sense and ability to create polished creatives independently.\n\nHands-on experience with tools such as Figma, Canva, CapCut, or similar.\n\nStrong understanding of social platforms and content formats.\n\nComfortable working with marketing analytics and performance data.\n\nFast-moving, highly organised, and execution-oriented.\n\nStrong ownership -
