Engineering Manager, DriverX

Job Description

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of high-performing engineers in Tallinn responsible for the critical statistical parts of the Driver Apps. You’ll tackle complex architectural and scaling challenges for providing the smoothest possible UX for drivers, supported by flexible backend solutions to cover all the potential cases of the local markets and regulations.

• Leading and mentoring a cross-functional team of engineers in the DriverX domain, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Driving the development of flexible flows for Driver Apps, natively on iOS and Android devices. Helping drivers to understand the data and help them to boost the productivity
• Lead a team that impacts more than 1+ million partners working with Bolt.
• Ensuring technical excellence, maintaining high standards for quality, performance, and reliability in engineering projects.
• Collaborating closely with Product, Analytics, and Operations to define priorities, plan roadmaps, and deliver impactful solutions.
• Managing team growth and performance, including hiring, mentoring, and providing constructive feedback.

Requirements

• You have proven experience in team and stakeholder management within a tech environment with prior experience in people management for at least 2 years.
• You make data-driven decisions, using metrics to guide team priorities and product improvements.
• You have a good understanding of delivering and being part of ROI driven product roadmap development.
• You have software development experience, preferably in a product based company.
• You can motivate, inspire, and attract top talent while fostering a high-performing engineering culture.
• You lead initiatives end-to-end, driving execution even through the toughest challenges.
