We are building a distinct brand centered on renewal, reconnection, and emotional transformation, creating beautiful, private environments that help people step out of the noise of everyday life and return to what matters most. More than a place to visit, Bolt Farm is designed to create meaningful change in the lives and relationships of the people we serve.\nThis is an exciting time to join Bolt Farm. As we continue to elevate the experience and build the team shaping what comes next, we are looking for people who want to do meaningful work inside a distinctive, growing company. For the right person, this is a chance to help build something special, a brand with real momentum, a clear mission, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact.\nYour Team\nOur Strike Team works across departments to turn recurring operational problems into dependable systems. The immediate opportunity is on the frontline: helping housekeeping, maintenance, spa, and guest-experience teams simplify their work, adopt useful technology, and deliver a more consistent experience for guests.\nYour Role\nTurn the work that slows our teams down into systems that help them move. As Lead Forward Deployed Operator, you will work alongside department teams, find the real bottleneck, remove unnecessary steps, and build the workflows, automations, or internal tools that solve it.\nThis is a hands-on building role, not a position for assigning improvements to someone else. You will take projects from observation through launch, help people use what you build, and leave behind documentation and ownership that keep improvements working after you move to the next challenge.\nResponsibilities\nObserve frontline work and identify delays, repeat errors, and unnecessary steps before choosing a technical solution.\n\nBuild and improve AI-enabled workflows, automations, and internal tools across operational departments.\n\nTranslate departmental needs into clear task flows, ownership, and exception paths.\n\nTest solutions with the people using them and adjust the design around real operating conditions.\n\nPrioritize deployment work by its effect on guest experience, team capacity, and cost.\n\nMeasure the manual work eliminated, errors reduced, and operational results of each improvement.\n\nWrite practical SOPs and runbooks, train users, and hand off systems that teams can operate independently.\n\nShare build patterns and coach other builders as the team develops.\n\nMinimum Requirements\n3+ years building operational systems, automations, or internal tools.\n\nA portfolio of systems you personally built and deployed for real users.\n\nHands-on proficiency with at least two tools or platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, Cursor, Python, or comparable low-code/no-code platforms.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience building ClickUp Enterprise workflows and automations, or comparable enterprise work-management systems.\n\nExperience improving housekeeping, maintenance, spa, hospitality, or other frontline service operations.\n\nExperience building AI-agent workflows or integrations across multiple business systems.\n\nExperience taking projects from problem definition through user training and operational handoff.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3343,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"United
