With your expertise, we'll be able to accurately determine the most strategic allocation of resources, including the exact location, timing, method, and amount spent on campaigns.\nYou will be working closely with other team members of the Growth domain, as well as Expansion Managers, Marketing and Operations teams. A Data Analyst will need to have good attention to detail and communication skills to succeed. Solid business sense and analytical mindset? You might be the campaign magician we’ve been waiting for.\n\nMain tasks and responsibilities:\nOwn campaign spending decisions for your assigned markets and optimise such decisions to help the country team reach their growth targets\n\nWrangle complex data sets to come up with testing hypotheses, setting up A/B tests (and other experiments) and analysing results using statistical techniques in order to guide your decision-making\n\nProactively working together with Expansion Managers, Marketing, Operations and local teams to drive collaboration and get the most out of our investments\n\n Identify valuable opportunities in the team and contribute to global campaigns team playbook, processes and product requests\n\nAbout you:\nBS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics\n\nAt least 3 years of experience in an analytical role dealing with large volumes of data. Experience in consulting, pricing/discount strategy and/or on-demand is a plus\n\nSolid grasp of statistics and demonstrated experience with A/B testing\n\nAmazing SQL and Excel skills.
