Our product is a complex, multi-tenant, web-based SaaS platform, built on a microservices architecture. Analytics Team is responsible for delivering our customers with actionable insights, embedded in the SaaS platform. You will be a key player in our analytics team and take part in designing and delivering analytics solutions to new and existing customers. You will suggest efficient and sophisticated solutions to our customers to analyse and visualise their data. You will assist and mentor others to improve existing systems. You will be instrumental in fast tracking our Analytical new offering, along with additional support for existing tasks. You will be working with the Tech and Business team to build the next-gen InsureTech data solutions. In addition, you will have opportunities to explore the insurance domain from end to end, along with exposure to niche technologies like cloud computing, machine learning, artificial intelligence, self-service analytics, data services and many more\nResponsibilities:\nInteract with stakeholders to understand and implement new business requirements.\nBring best practices to the table to enhance data warehouse efficiency.\nBuild processes and methodologies to implement new solutions.\nDesign interactive analytics dashboards to provide customers with actionable insights.\nAnalyse the existing data solutions to provide business solutions with quick turnaround.\nContribute to and create a motivating work environment within the team.\nMentor other team members and promote opportunities.\nStakeholder management.\nRequirements:\nMust have good domain knowledge in P& C Insurance (Preferably in the US Market).\nShould have a strong understanding of Data Warehouse concepts and exposure to at least two Data Warehouse implementation projects.\nShould have atleast worked on 3 AIML / Gen AI projects end to end.\nExperience using GenAI tools (Copilot/ChatGPT/Claude) to accelerate BI tasks such as requirement gathering, data exploration, SQL drafting, and documentation.\nShould have proficiency in writing SQL queries and pulling ad-hoc data.
