Your role is to turn powerful but complex capabilities into intuitive, trustworthy, and delightful product experiences for researchers in drug discovery.\nYou’ll work closely with software engineers, ML researchers, and domain experts in chemistry and biology to understand user needs and translate them into clear product concepts, interaction patterns, and end-to-end workflows. This includes designing interfaces for exploring data, configuring models, interpreting results, and iterating on experiments.\nYou will own the design process from early discovery and user research through prototyping, visual design, and implementation handoff. You’ll help define the product’s information architecture, interaction models, and visual language, ensuring consistency, usability, and clarity across Boltz Lab.
