Your ideas are our fuel.\nWhat are your contributions to the team?\nLead integration of mission systems on Bombardier aircraft with solutions that meet the unique requirements of Bombardier Defense customers.\nIdentify deliverables, risks, and challenges to these solutions in the bid and proposal phase\nCreate deliverables to support these solutions in the active program phase:System schematics\nSupplier requirement documents\nSystem descriptions\nInterface control documents\nWiring diagrams\nElectrical load analyses\nFunctional test requirements or test plans\nQualification test plans\nTest reports\nDesign compliance reports\n\nReview installation drawings, qualification test data and reports\nDecompose internal or external customer statements of work into detailed requirements\nAnalyze ground and flight test data to verify system performance and functionality\nResearch specifications for components selections\nSupport change management through research, concepts, design reviews, trade studies, impact analysis, and implementation\nWork with suppliers and internal customers to investigate, troubleshoot and resolve aircraft build or test issues\nSupport internal and external design reviews and program governance sessions\nShow compliance to 14 CFR Part 25 FAA, TCCA, and EASA certification requirements\n How to thrive in this role?\nYou will hold a Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.\nYou will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in electrical system design or a related field.\nYou will have a working knowledge of FAA, TCCA and EASA Part 25 certification requirements\nYou will have a working knowledge of system safety processes.\nYou will be familiar with RTCA DO-160, DO-178 and DO-254 standards.\nYou will be proficient with MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Access).\nExperience with AutoCAD is also preferred.\nYou must exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.\nYou will demonstrate interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, employees, management, and suppliers.\nYou must be self-motivated and be able to coordinate multiple activities and manage time effectively.\nYou must be authorized to work in the US\nNow that you can see yourself in this role, apply and join the Bombardier Team!\nBombardier is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
