By prioritizing employee growth and development, we empower everyone to reach their full potential on their own terms, because the best work happens when you are free to be yourself and share your unique expertise.\nBombardier’s Benefits Program\nWith our employees’ well-being top of mind, we offer a comprehensive and competitive Benefits Program, which includes the following:\nInsurance plans (Dental, medical, life insurance, disability, and more)\nCompetitive base salary \nRetirement savings plan \nEmployee Assistance Program\nTele Health Program\n What are your contributions to the team?\nWe currently have an immediate opening for a Field Service Representative, based in Columbus, OH, USA reporting to a Manager, Fleet Operators and Service Program Management.\nIn your role, you will:\nSupport customer in integrating Bombardier business aircraft into their operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.\nProvide robust troubleshooting support to assist customers in resolving technical issues effectively.\nPrioritize and escalate technical or operational concerns within both the customer’s organization and Bombardier.\nProvide informal training and share technical, operational, and logistical insights related to aircraft operation and maintenance.\nKeep Bombardier management informed of key operational and maintenance issues affecting customer aircraft.\nIdentify opportunities to enhance customer procedures and operations involving Bombardier aircraft.\nEncourage customers to implement Bombardier-recommended actions that improve product performance and satisfaction by share Airworthiness Directives (AW), Service Bulletins (SBs), and other relevant Bombardier documentation to clarify intent and highlight operational enhancements.\nDeliver reports in line with established schedules and requirements.\nLead or support field teams during modification retrofits, product upgrades, and damage repairs at customer facilities or service centres.\nNavigate and utilise Bombardier’s internal customer support and in-service processes effectively.\nIdentify and escalate recurring fleet issues to Bombardier Technical Services for potential product improvements.\nParticipate in customer meetings, including fleet reliability and operational reviews.\nTravel to service facilities as needed to oversee complex troubleshooting or upon customer request.\n How to thrive in this role?\nYou have at least 5 years of aviation maintenance experience\nYou have at least 2 years of experience with Bombardier products (Global 5000 / 6000 series, Global 7500, Challenger 300/350 series, and Challenger 605/650 series)\nYou have strong aircraft troubleshooting skills\nYou have computer skills necessary to learn and/or operate word processing, spreadsheet, database, email, and web-based applications\nYou have interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively with a variety of individuals, departments, organizations, and regulatory agencies\nYou have business writing skills necessary to create various reports and correspondence\nYou have the ability to travel\nYou are an EASA or FAA licensed Airframe & Powerplant mechanic - preferred\nBe self-driven and have a problem-solver attitude\nNow that you can see yourself in this role, apply and join the Bombardier Team!\nBombardier is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
