We are a global organization focused on working together with a team spirit.\nYour boarding pass will include…\nSeveral conferences, including:\nMeet An Executive\nWomen Taking Flight\nLearning more about Bombardier, including:\nBombardier Products conference \nVisits of the Bombardier sites \nBombardier Academy of Learning \nMany social/networking opportunities, including:\nVolunteering \nNetworking for Success\n5 à 7, Potluck, and much more!\n What are your contributions to the team?\nCollaborate closely with Materials & Processes (M&P) engineers across Environmental, Core, and Aircraft Completion Engineering.\nSupport Environmental and Chemical Engineering team in database development and chemical substance data management.\nDevelop test plans, coordinate testing with internal and external laboratories, analyze results, and prepare technical test reports.\nContribute to environmental regulatory compliance and banned/restricted substance substitution projects to ensure Bombardier products meet applicable international environmental regulations.\nAddress day-to-day technical challenges and contribute to long-term projects spanning multiple M&P disciplines, including metallic materials, coatings, sealants, and surface treatments.\nDevelop and maintain project plans to support the timely execution and completion of technical projects.\nIdentify, manage, and communicate project risks and issues, ensuring timely escalation when required.\nPrepare and present project status, technical findings, and recommendations to senior specialists and management.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including departmental processes, tool development, and key performance indicators (KPIs).\nActively participate in team building and knowledge-sharing activities.\nHow to thrive in this role?\nYou are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Materials, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.\nYou have a solid understanding of materials science fundamentals, including metallic materials, polymers, composites, and chemical processes.\nYou are proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook; knowledge of Power BI is considered an asset.\nYou have strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.\nYou are proactive, results-oriented, and motivated to take ownership of your work.\nYou have strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French.\nBoarding Information:\nLocation: Marcel-Laurin Plant 1\nDuration: 12 months\nFlexible workplace-Hybrid\nIt is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates.
