We are a global organization focused on working together with a team spirit.\nYour boarding pass will include…\nSeveral conferences, including:\nMeet An Executive\nMeet a Specialist\nMeet a Pilot\nWomen Taking Flight\nLearning more about Bombardier, including:\nAircraft 101 conference\nBombardier Products conference \nVisits of the Bombardier sites \nBombardier Academy of Learning \nMany social/networking opportunities, including:\nInterns’ committee \nVolunteering \nInternal Case Competition\n5 à 7, Potluck, and much more!\n What are your contributions to the team?\nSupport the administration of training and development curriculums across the organization by coordinating and executing program logistics; including researching internal and external resources.\nCoordinate the facilitation of internal and external training.\nLead the coordination of new talent and training and development initiatives, as well as program launches.\nLead various governance activities such as status meetings, KPI data and team virtual socials.\nCollaborate with the management team and business stakeholders in identifying training needs, to create opportunities for learning programs for professional development.\nSupport the maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS), maintain LMS process standards, reports and improve data integrity compliance.\nManage training evidence, perform integrity checks, and troubleshoot discrepancies.\nMaintain OL inventory accuracy and quality control of site level OL resources and spaces.\nAssess and identify gaps within the current information systems and processes, provide recommendations for ongoing improvements, and implement special projects as needed.\n How to thrive in this role?\nMust be able to take initiative and drive activities to completion with minimal supervision.\nTechnical proficiency in MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.\nDetail oriented self-starter with a complete focus on quality results/deliverables.\nAbility to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines.\nCreative problem-solver, interested in leveraging automation to improve current processes.\nAbility to assess and troubleshoot autonomously.\nExperience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) would be an asset.\nStays current on training and development trends.\nExperience with data visualization software would be an asset (Tableau, PowerBI).\nStrong interpersonal/collaboration skills.\nSuperior oral and written communication skills.\nBoarding Information:\nLocation: Global 7500/8000\nDuration: 12 months\nFlexible workplace-Hybrid\nIt is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. The base salary for this position is expected to range from CAD $17.95 to CAD $31.00 per hour. The applicable base salary will be determined based on various criteria, at Bombardier’s sole discretion, such as the candidate’s skills, experience and qualifications.
