We are a global organization focused on working together with a team spirit.\nYour boarding pass will include…\nSeveral conferences, including:\nMeet An Executive\nWomen Taking Flight\nLearning more about Bombardier, including:\nBombardier Products conference \nVisits of the Bombardier sites \nBombardier Academy of Learning \nMany social/networking opportunities, including:\nVolunteering \nNetworking for Success\n5 à 7, Potluck, and much more!\n What are your contributions to the team?\nWorking at Bombardier Pearson Global Final Assembly Line(FAL) as part of the FAL Project Team within Engineering Organization.\nAssisting FAL Change Management Activities include Request for Change(RFC) technical review, approval, planning, tracking and executing engineering deliverable release for Global Aircraft.\nSupporting FAL Project Team on preparing, reviewing and approving engineering documents, ensuring on time and first time right document release to support critical aircraft production milestones(major component assembling, testing, flight and certification), maintain documentation database information accurate and up to date.\nAssisting Go-and-see on the aircraft production line to support on-going technical discussion.\nSupporting project engineers located at various Bombardier sites on engineering projects planning, tracking, execution.\nSupporting Monthly Director and VP Operation Review Governance on Balance Score Card Result, Top Line issues, Quarterly All-hands meeting, might be required to present during the review.\nParticipating special project acitivities with interns from other engineering teams.\nProviding support to team members on any tasks as directred by supervisor.\n How to thrive in this role?\nYou are currently completing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or something similar (Required), and have completed at least 2 years.\nYou have hands-on expereince with Microsoft Office 365, and coding capability is a bonus:Excel, Access, Power BI - Data Management\nPowerpoint, Outlook, Teams - Communication\nMS Project - Project Management\nVBA, Python - Coding (Bonus)\n\nYou are a strong communicator (verbal, written) and can clearly express your thoughts.\nYou are flexible, can handle changing priorities in fast pace environment.\nYou are a team player, have a positive attitude, attention to detail and value the quality of your work.\nYou have previous work experience or have completed an internship position.\nProject management experience (planning, scheduling, budgetting, etc.) or have worked in aerospace or manufacturing environment will be a bonus.\nBoarding Information:\nLocation: Pearson Facility\nDuration: 12 months\nFlexible workplace-Hybrid: at least 2 days a week in the office\nBoarding Information:\nLocation: Global 7500/8000\nDuration: 12 months\nFlexible workplace-Hybrid\nIt is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates.
