We are a global organization focused on working together with a team spirit.\nYour boarding pass will include…\nSeveral conferences, including:\nMeet An Executive\nWomen Taking Flight\nLearning more about Bombardier, including:\nBombardier Products conference \nVisits of the Bombardier sites \nBombardier Academy of Learning \nMany social/networking opportunities, including:\nVolunteering \nNetworking for Success\n5 à 7, Potluck, and much more!\n What are your contributions to the team?\nSupport the deployment and documentation of the TRIM process in Montréal, using the Toronto process as a reference and identifying the adaptations required for the local environment.\nCollect, clean, classify and analyze non-conformance report (NCR) data to identify recurring technical and supplier-related issues.\nPrepare recurring-issue summaries, trend analyses, prioritization inputs and visual management material to support fact-based decisions.\nAssist the team in applying the established prioritization approach based on issue frequency, estimated disruption hours and operational severity.\nSupport the definition and tracking of pilot corrective action topics, including problem definition, containment, root-cause investigation, solution standardization and closure evidence.\nHelp coordinate working sessions with Engineering, Quality, Methods, Operations and Supply Chain stakeholders, and document decisions, ownership and follow-up actions.\nMaintain action logs, process documentation, dashboards, governance material and lessons learned to support the Montréal rollout.\nCollaborate with the Toronto TRIM team and the Liaison Engineering community to capture best practices and promote alignment across sites.\nPrepare concise presentations and status updates for the corrective action team and operational leadership.\nContribute to a collaborative environment focused on product integrity, continuous improvement and customer requirements.\nability to automate data processing using AI tools is an asset\nHow to thrive in this role?\nYou are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, or another relevant field.\nYou have an interest in aerospace manufacturing, liaison engineering, quality, non-conformance management and continuous improvement.\nYou are comfortable working with data and have practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Power BI or other data-visualization tools is an asset.\nYou demonstrate analytical thinking and can transform operational data into clear observations and actionable follow-up.\nYou are organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple actions with appropriate follow-through.\nYou are a team player with a collaborative and pragmatic approach.\nYou can communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nYou have strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English.\nKnowledge of aircraft structures, systems, engineering drawings, CATIA V5, problem-solving methods or root-cause analysis is an asset.\nBoarding Information:\nLocation: Administrative Centre (CA)\nDuration: 8 months\nFlexible workplace-Hybrid\nIt is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates.
