Only 14 miles from London, Bombardier’s Biggin Hill Service Centre is ideally located to support operators in the UK region and beyond.\nWhat are your contributions to the team?\nDevelop and implement supplier performance metrics, scorecards, and evaluation criteria to assess supplier performance and identify areas for improvement.\nConduct regular supplier performance evaluations and communicate performance feedback to suppliers and internal stakeholders.\nDevelop and implement interventions to improve supplier performance, including corrective action plans and supplier development programs.\nWork closely with procurement and quality assurance teams to ensure supplier compliance with contractual requirements, quality standards, and delivery schedules.\nIdentify and manage supplier risk, including assessing and mitigating risks related to quality, delivery, and cost.\nWork with cross-functional teams to ensure supplier performance is aligned with business objectives.\nMaintain accurate records of supplier performance data, performance improvement initiatives, and supplier risk management activities.\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to drive continuous improvement and supplier innovation.\nLead and manage a team of supplier performance analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.\nHow to thrive in this role?\nYou have a Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
