Only 14 miles from London, Bombardier’s Biggin Hill Service Centre is ideally located to support operators in the UK region and beyond.\nWhat are your contributions to the team?\nAdhere to Bombardier General Work Requirements.\nBe responsible for the completion of all planned and ad-hoc maintenance projects to achieve on-time delivery, through effective supervision and allocation of resources, equipment, assets, and systems.\nCultivate a safe and inclusive work environment, encouraging the well-being of all team members.\nOversee team compliance with environmental, Health & Safety regulations/guidelines and procedures, promoting a workplace that prioritizes the health and safety of all individuals.\nBe responsible for team compliance with environmental and Health & Safety regulations/guidelines and procedures.\nManagement of airmanship standards, including compliance with regulations and company procedures to ensure continued airworthiness of the aircraft\nFoster a team culture that values diversity and inclusion and ensure equal opportunities for all team members\nBe responsible for meeting productivity and cost targets, actively exploring and implementing improvement opportunities\nBe thoroughly familiar with and follow the inspection systems and procedures of the MOE/WPI/ relative to the scope of their normally assigned duties.\nEnsure that personnel assigned to tasks are qualified to perform them.\nDelegate duties to any qualified individual as necessary\nCarry out Performance reviews with all allocated members of the team, promoting fairness and equality in feedback and recognition.\nDeputise Director operations in his absence ensuring continuity and equity in the decision making.\nDirectly manage technicians in the performance of maintenance activities\nProvide input on future GSE and tooling requirements to the Director operations\nEnsure employees adhere to Company policy and procedures and uphold Bombardier Values\nMonitor housing and facilities for compliance with MOE/Part 145 requirements and report insufficiencies to the Director of Operations\nCollaborate with the Planning /CPM’s/Stores departments to achieve required quality and cost targets as well as delivery of the maintenance product\nSupport and implement business change with a culture of continuous improvement.\nHow to thrive in this role?\nYou have basic knowledge of Environmental, Health & Safety rules, Human Factors, Human performance/-limitations, and regulations as they apply to safety and environmental aspects of aircraft maintenance operations\nDemonstrate a commitment to promoting diversity, equity and inclusion within the workplace.\nYou can demonstrate intermediate to advanced computer literacy and have an excellent understanding of Engineering IT systems\nYou will have experience of working within the scope of legal regulations and company requirements including sound knowledge of EASA/CAA airworthiness regulations\nYou have previous leadership experience;
