In this role, you will be responsible to drive a portfolio of business-critical projects to successful completion. The selected individual will lead a cross-functional team, including external suppliers, and oversee all aspects of the execution of their projects.\nArticulate the goals and objectives of the program, and how it will impact the business; \nOwn the development and management of the strategies, schedules and budget of your project portfolio; \nEstablish and track metrics to monitor performance and progress, prepare status reports and modify schedules and plans as required; \nProvide day-to-day leadership to cross-functional teams; \nPresent project schedules, business cases and updates at regular reviews with senior management; \nIdentify key project risk items, with corresponding risk mitigation or reduction strategies; \nEscalate to the appropriate level of management as needed; \nEstablish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.\nOperate within a high-level cross-functional environment, interacting with senior leadership and diverse teams, and play a key influencing role in driving strategic alignment among the functions involved in the program.\nEnsure compliance with the Bombardier Engineering System (BES) and the Bombardier Manual (BM) for all product support processes.\nCollaborate with the Methods, Logistics, and Quality teams to support program activities.\nProvide guidance and mentorship to multidisciplinary teams, including Engineering, Procurement, Planning, and Production.\nSupport operational, logistics, and planning activities related to the development of flight test and ground test rigs.\nSupport the development of manufacturing strategies for new products.\n How to thrive in this role?\nYou hold a university degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or an equivalent field;\nYou have a minimum of eight (8) to ten (10) years of relevant experience;\nYou possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and are able to influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization;\nYou have solid experience working in a production/manufacturing environment;\nYou demonstrate initiative, are results-oriented, and have a strong desire to contribute to the success of Bombardier’s Program Management Office;\nYou have strong knowledge of aerospace testing and certification processes;\nYou are organized, self-motivated, and possess strong leadership skills;\nYou are proficient in MS Office, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint, with knowledge of database management;\nYou have experience using and understanding ERP systems (SAP is considered an asset);\nYou are bilingual (French and English) and demonstrate strong communication skills.\nNow that you can see yourself in this role, apply and join the Bombardier Team!\nPlease note: You don’t need all the skills, knowledge, and experience listed to apply for this position.
