This position combines analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and technological proficiency to anticipate talent needs, optimize organizational structure, and support high-level decision-making.\nWhat are your contributions to the team?\nStrategic Workforce Modeling:\nDevelop and enhance workforce planning models to support long-term talent strategy, including headcount forecasting, organizational design, and workforce segmentation.\nConduct scenario analyses to evaluate the impact of business changes such as restructuring, growth, or transformation initiatives.\nData Visualization & Executive Reporting:\nDesign and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Power BI) providing visibility into key workforce metrics such as attrition, hiring, mobility, and diversity.\nEnsure outputs are tailored for executive audiences through clear, impactful storytelling.\nPredictive Analytics & Workforce Insights:\nApply advanced analytics techniques (e.g., regression, clustering, forecasting) to anticipate workforce trends, identify skill gaps, and support proactive talent and succession strategies.\nCross-Functional Data Integration:\nCollaborate with HRIS, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and IT to integrate multiple data sources (e.g., SAP) into a cohesive analytics framework.\nDrive automation and scalability of reporting processes.\nInsight Generation & Decision Support:\nTranslate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations, enabling senior leaders to make informed decisions on workforce investments, hiring strategies, and organizational changes.\nLabor Market Intelligence & Benchmarking:\nAnalyze external labor market trends, competitor benchmarks, and economic indicators to contextualize internal data and inform strategic workforce decisions.\nCapability Building & Change Enablement:\nStrengthen workforce planning capabilities across HR and business teams by delivering training, tools, and guidance to support data-driven decision-making.\nGovernance & Data Stewardship:\nEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with governance standards, while maintaining clear documentation of metrics, definitions, and methodologies.\n How to thrive in this role?\nYou hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Advanced HR Analytics and Programming, Business Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field.\nYou have 8+ years of experience in workforce planning, Advanced HR analytics, or strategic HR roles.\nYou have expert-level proficiency in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, custom visuals), Excel (advanced formulas, macros, Power Query), and Power Apps (workflow automation, app development).\nYou have a strong understanding of statistical modeling, forecasting techniques, and data governance.\nYou have a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through data storytelling and strategic recommendations.\nYou have excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.\nYou have knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and data integration tools (e.g., SQL, Azure, APIs) is a plus.\nYou have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.\nNow that you can see yourself in this role, apply and join the Bombardier Team!\nPlease note: You don’t need all the skills, knowledge, and experience listed to apply for this position!
