Someone who can work with developers at a technical level, challenge architectural decisions when necessary, engage senior business leaders, and establish the operating model required to turn decentralized digital development into a scalable enterprise capability.\n How to thrive in this role?\nYou possess a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.\nYou possess 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.\nYou have proven experience delivering software solutions from concept through production and ongoing support, with strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies and DevOps practices.\nYou have experience designing architectures for cloud, integration, data platforms, AI/ML, or digital manufacturing (aerospace experience is an asset).\nYou master tools and technologies relevant to architecture (e.g., Azure, APIs, microservices, data pipelines, AI frameworks, enterprise integration platforms).\nYou demonstrate excellent analytical and communication skills; you easily synthesize complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.\nYou can communicate in both French and English, written and spoken.\nNow that you can see yourself in this role, apply and join the Bombardier Team!\nPlease note: You don’t need all the skills, knowledge, and experience listed to apply for this position.
