and implement low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.\n\n- Design and create RESTful APIs for internal and partner consumption.\n\n- Implement security and data protection.\n\n- Debug code on the platform to find the root cause of any ongoing issues and rectify them.\n\n- Database query optimization and design scalable database schemas.\n\n- Implement web applications in Python, SQL, Javascript, HTML, and CSS.\n\n- Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.\n\n- Delegate tasks and set deadlines.\n\n- Monitor team performance and report on performance.\n\n- Collaborate with other software developers and business analysts to plan, design and develop applications.\n\n- Maintain client relationships and ensure deliverables meet highest expectations.\n\nMandatory Skills:\n\n- 4+ years of experience in Python Development.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.\n\n- Solid database skills in relational databases.\n\n- Knowledge of how to build and use RESTful APIs.\n\n- Strong knowledge of version control.\n\n- Hands-on experience working on Linux systems.\n\n- Familiarity with ORM libraries (SQL Alchemy is a plus).\n\n- Knowledge of Redis.\n\n- Strong understanding of peer review best practices.\n\n- Hands-on experience in deployment processes.\n\nGood to have Skills:\n\n- Proficiency in AWS, Azure, or
