Minimum Experience: 2+ Years with years’ experience as Driver/messenger in related fields/environment. •VIP driving experience will be an added advantage

Minimum Qualification: Certificate: Grade 12 with 25 points in five subjects with at least an E in English

The principal accountabilities of this position are to:

1.   Safe Transportation

• Drive executives, guests and close family members of executives safely to and from meetings, school, events, airports, and other destinations.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and organizational vehicle policies.
• Plan routes to ensure timely arrival and avoid traffic disruptions.

2.   Vehicle Management

• Maintain assigned vehicles in excellent operating and cosmetic condition.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure regular servicing, licensing, and insurance requirements are up to date.
• Monitor fuel levels and arrange refueling as required.

3.   Executive Support

• Coordinate transportation schedules with executive offices and administrative staff.
• Assist with loading and unloading luggage, documents, and other official materials.
• Remain flexible to accommodate changes in executive schedules and travel plans.

4.   Confidentiality and Professionalism

• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding executive discussions, meetings, travel itineraries, and sensitive information.
• Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and courtesy at all times.
• Present a professional appearance consistent with organizational standards.

5.   Security Awareness

• Maintain awareness of potential security risks and report concerns promptly.
• Follow established security protocols for executive transportation.
• Conduct basic risk assessments of travel routes and destinations when required.

6.   Record Keeping

• Maintain accurate mileage, fuel, maintenance, and trip records.
• Submit vehicle-related reports and documentation on time.
• Report accidents, incidents, traffic violations, or vehicle defects immediately.

7.   Compliance

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, transport regulations, and health and safety requirements.
• Maintain a valid driver's license and any required certifications.
